EmberSwap
THE CRONOS TRADING LAYER
What is EmberSwap?
EmberSwap is a non-custodial Cronos swap interface and routing layer. It lets a connected wallet request a live token quote, inspect the selected provider, route, protocol fee, price impact, estimated gas and minimum received, and then decide whether to submit the transaction on Cronos Mainnet. EmberSwap V1 currently executes production routes through the approved Obsidian router. Its quote engine is designed for multiple providers, but only providers that pass technical and security gates are enabled. Until another provider is activated, “best available” means the best valid quote from the currently enabled production set—not a claim that every Cronos DEX has been compared.
Chain ID 25. Native CRO is required for network gas.
The first approved production provider; more routes require separate review.
Shown before confirmation and limited by the Router’s 0.25% on-chain maximum.
Your wallet remains the sender and must approve every on-chain action.
STEP BY STEP
How to swap tokens on Cronos
- Connect an EVM wallet. Use a wallet you control and switch it to Cronos Mainnet, chain ID 25.
- Select the assets. EmberSwap displays tokens from its maintained Cronos registry; still verify the contract address yourself.
- Enter an amount. Keep enough native CRO outside the trade to pay network gas.
- Review the quote. Check the provider, route, protocol fee, provider fee when reported, price impact, slippage and minimum received.
- Approve only when required. ERC-20 swaps use the exact gross input amount instead of an unlimited allowance.
- Confirm in your wallet. Recheck the network, Router address, value and output before submitting the irreversible transaction.
ROUTING TRANSPARENCY
How EmberSwap aggregation works today
The browser requests a quote from each enabled provider and rejects malformed, expired or mismatched responses. For the current Obsidian route, EmberSwap validates the Cronos chain, recipient, input amount, approved provider router and transaction value before building an outer call to the EmberSwapRouter.
The Router separates the disclosed 0.20% EmberSwap fee from the gross input and forwards the net amount to the approved provider inside one atomic transaction. A failed nested route reverts the transaction. Provider liquidity, market prices and network conditions remain external and can change between quote and confirmation.
Direct VVS routing, additional Cronos DEX integrations and native EmberSwap liquidity are roadmap stages. They are not represented as live until their code, contracts and operational controls pass review.

Public contracts and execution boundaries
The addresses below are the production configuration used by this interface. Check them independently before signing. Source verification proves which bytecode was deployed; it does not remove smart-contract, provider, token, liquidity or market risk.

Cronos trading safety checklist
- Confirm the site origin is
https://embercro.com. - Confirm the wallet shows Cronos Mainnet and chain ID 25.
- Verify unfamiliar token contracts on Cronos Explorer.
- Review price impact and minimum received, not only the headline quote.
- Leave native CRO for gas and reject unexpected approvals or wallet prompts.
- Use a small amount first when testing a new token or route.
A token appearing in the EmberSwap registry means its chain identity and display metadata were reviewed for the interface; it is not an endorsement of the issuer, token mechanics, liquidity or market value. Anyone can deploy a token on an open network, and familiar names or symbols can be copied.
FROM AGGREGATOR TO DEX
The path to a Cronos trading hub
EmberSwap V1 begins with a narrow, verifiable routing path. The next product goal is to compare more independent Cronos liquidity sources in the same interface. Native EmberSwap liquidity and DEX functionality come later, only with dedicated contracts, audits, risk disclosures and public deployment evidence.
The long-term objective is one place to discover assets, compare executable routes, trade, and verify activity across Cronos. That is a product direction—not a guarantee of liquidity, price, timing or financial return.
